You do not need to be flexible to come to yoga.
You do not need to know how to meditate.
You do not need to have experience with energy healing.
You do not need to “have it all together.”

You just need a willingness to show up for yourself.

A gentle Sunday reminder...

Rest is productive.
Stillness is meaningful.
Doing less does not make you lazy.

We live in a world that constantly pushes for more:
more hustle,
more productivity,
more pressure,
more noise.

But healing often happens in the quiet moments.
The slow mornings.
The deep breaths.
The intentional pauses.
