We are so excited to introduce you to Karen! The newest member of our Collective!

Karen has been guiding yoga classes in the community for 15 years. As a 500+ hour E-RYT offering gentle, accessible practices that support students—especially women 40+—in moving with ease and nurturing their mental and emotional wellbeing. A local and international retreat leader, she guides with heart, intuition, and a deep passion for the energetics of yoga, especially chakra work. Karen often incorporates essential oil blends and oracle cards to support deeper intention, clarity, and connection.

She is excited to join the Inner Light Healing Collective, offering a weekly class dedicated to breath, balance, and mindful restoration --- Starting January 4th at 9:30am!
