First Aid Kits for Travel
Pack a little piece of mind by preparing a travel health bag! Bringing the
following items just-in-case can be convenient and less expensive than having
to source them when travelling:
• pain reliever, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen
• anti-nausea medicine to prevent motion sickness, such as dimenhydrinate
• anti-diarrheal, such as loperamide
• antibiotic cream or ointment to prevent infection from minor cuts
• anti-itch cream to sooth sunburn or bug bites
• adhesive bandages
• sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher
• insect repellant
• hand sanitizer
