John Barnes passed away a few weeks ago.

His work completely changed how I look at the Human. And no matter what courses I take, I continue to come back to the basic principles of Myofascial Release;

This is the basis for the John Barnes approach to Myofascial Release.

The other factor is time.

Change of the fascial system does not happen immediately, it requires patience and connection.

We cannot force it to change, we must wait for it.
