-Remote Energy Sessions In 2014, I took my first John Barnes MFR Seminar and since then I have transitioned my practice into using this modality almost exclusively. I find it fascinating how the body responds to Myofascial Release (specifically the John Barnes approach) and would like to share information and offer my services to those who are looking for a change. I also offer Neuromuscular assessment (using manual muscle testing techniques) and movement integration.
