Using the traditional techniques of Reiki and energy exchange I am able to help assist people and animals with the transitions in their life. In addition to Energy work I also offer training to horses/riders by the use of mindful Techniques helping the rider and the horse begin to work as partners and allowing for focused success.

Wellness isn’t just a destination — it’s a living, breathing journey. 🌱✨

When I first brought Wellie into my treatment room, I wanted a touch of living energy to help this space feel grounded and supported. I never expected this little plant — paired with its tiny hummingbird companion — to become such a powerful reflection of the healing that happens here.

In my softly lit room, where people come to feel safe, seen, and supported, Wellie reminds me daily that even in quiet, dim spaces… growth is still happening. 🌿💛

Every time I enter a healing space — whether at Foothills Family Chiropractic— Riverwood Veterinary Clinic,Heart Bar Ranch ,or a clients space ; I get to walk alongside both humans and animals as they rediscover their light and step forward on their wellness path.

And just like Wellie, I’ve been growing too — nurturing myself, deepening my work, and preparing for a new beginning. I’m bringing together my human, equine, and animal healing work to help others learn to listen to the quiet whispers that guide us toward deeper connection and true wellness.

Here’s to new growth, new direction, and the gentle transformations happening — even when we don’t see them at first. 💕

Well it has been a long time since I have written anything on my page ….almost a full season but it has been a year that has felt like a lifetime .

This has been a time of shifting , settling and then just when you think you got It …another shift.

However, it has forced a lot of reflection time, redirecting and a whole lot of pivoting!

I have had so many things I wanted to say and just not able to get it written to express what I was feeling . I’m sure some of you can relate , and just when I was thinking I won’t be able to write , that is when the little blessings begin to happen.

This year I had to say goodbye to my beautiful heart horse , healer and most importantly my teacher. 🩷

This last week I was feeling a shift was on the horizon as my schedule began to be filled with people, horses, cats, and dog sessions booked ; I realized it is time to come out of my comfort zone and begin to step out into the light.

When I started to reflect on this year I was in awe with some of the beautiful miracles I have witnessed and I was ready to ‘trust the process’ and take that next step. Then my amazing client came in with the most beautiful gift 💝 of a painting of Bonnie, and not just her face but her watchful, soulful eye and I knew it was the affirmation I needed to spread my wings .

With all this said I’m excited for the next adventure which I will be announcing soon and revamping my website to showcase what it is I do, the services I will be providing for you and all our four legged friends.
Now Is the time and I am ready ….seatbelt is on ….now let’s start this ride.

New exciting experience that I am once again excited to offer here in the high River area !Contact me to register for this unique experience that will reconnect you to your authentic space. In these session we will be working one on one with the horses. Each session is an hour long and will be early Saturday morning from 9am-1pm. Reserve your spot as they are limited. Spring feels like it has sprung and as we know winter may not be over, it is still lovely to hear the birds, and feel the sunshine ☀️

I’m looking forward to new programs and a beautiful new workshop series this year!

I will be posting information about my upcoming workshop awakening energy workshop I , March 29-30, and will have an event page made in order to register.

Stay tuned as I begin to post more information about workshops, events, and personal one on one sessions this year.

I have been working a lot this last year on moving forward and preparing for big leaps and bounds . I have a new schedule of events happening at and am looking forward to adding new clients and more programs . This is the year of change so ‘let’s go !’
