The 2025-2026 Cattle & Grain Round-up has kicked off and this year we’re fundraising for a Rapid Infuser, a crucial piece of equipment that helps deliver fluids and blood products rapidly, vital when patients are critically ill and every second counts.
Ways to Donate:
1️⃣ Cash – every dollar makes a difference, visit our website and click “Donate” to give cash securely or call/visit the office (403-652-0129).
2️⃣ Grain – Cargill Blackie Elevator will direct donations on your behalf, just mention the Round Up program.
3️⃣ Cattle – livestock donations are processed via the Southern Alberta Livestock Exchange.

For 30 years, local farm and ranch families across the High River–Nanton region have rallied together through the Cattle & Grain Round Up program. Starting from a small group of farmers who believed in supporting their local hospital, this initiative has now raised over $1.4 million since 1996.
