Christy Williams, RMT, has completed her Level 1 Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) course!

At this time, her Level 1 training allows her to perform Manual Lymphatic Drainage on generally healthy clients (Patients WITHOUT kidney issues, heart issues, missing lymph nodes or compromised lymph systems).

Some of the conditions that Manual Lymphatic Drainage can help with include:
headaches, tired/puffy eyes, fluid retention in legs (pregnancy), shin splints, swelling from arthritis, bruises/hematomas, plantar fasciitis, and recovery after athletic events.

Typically, a MLD treatment is 60 minutes, and addresses 1-2 areas of concern as well as the neck (necessary to ensure proper circulation of the lymph)
