A huge thank you to the Airdrie & District Community Foundation for their generous grant support!

Because of your contribution, FAIM Airdrie was able to purchase new shredders for our shredding business, along with a new vacuum that is already being put to great use every day. These tools help support meaningful work opportunities, skill development, and a clean, efficient workspace for the individuals we support.

We are incredibly grateful for your investment in our community and in the work we do. 💙

See the article below for a wonderful update on Alison and Connor, and Connor’s paid work opportunity through the golf course with support from the Rotary Club!

Did you know that we help to find job placements for members of our community? Through Inclusion Alberta and the Rotary Employment Partnership Program we work with employers to find the right fit for Inclusion Alberta clients. This week at our meeting we had a couple of special guests, Allison Rust and her son Connor Clarkson. Connor is a client of Inclusion Alberta, and the Rotary Employment Partnership helped find him a job at the Highwood Golf course. Allison is his mom. She spoke about the impact that his employment has had on their lives, not just for Connor, but for their family as a whole. It is not simply a job for a pay cheque; it is meaningful and dignified work that broadens and amplifies the experiences and development of someone who would otherwise be confined to a home life.
The Rotary Club of High River is proud to be a part of this program and hopes to help facilitate many more job placements in the future.

The Strathmore Branch held their annual “FAIMEES” — our own fun twist on The Office’s Dundees! 🏆

Leadership put together personalized gag awards for each staff member, celebrating the little things that make their team unique. Complete with certificates, mini trophies, laughs, and lots of team spirit, it was a great way to recognize the amazing people who make Strathmore such a fun and supportive place to be. 💙

⛳️ FAIM is proud to be participating in the First Annual Chamber Charity Golf Tournament hosted by the Okotoks & District Chamber of Commerce and the High River Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 4 at the Highwood Golf Club!

This exciting community event brings local businesses and charities together for a day of golf, connection, and fundraising — all in support of organizations making a difference across our region.

We’ll be out on the course as one of the participating charity hole sponsors, and we’d love to see the community come together to support this incredible inaugural event.

🏌️ Golfer registrations and sponsorship opportunities are still available!

Thank you to both Chambers for creating such a meaningful way to support local charities and strengthen our communities.
