Roots From Within When the mind, body and spirit work as one anything is possible. I have always known that it was my souls divine purpose to work within the healing realm.

A true knowingness that the harmony of the mind, body, soul connection is where true healing begins. Deepening my spiritual practice has helped assist me with my own healing incorporating meditation, reiki, herbal support, essential oils and crystals. Through my own awareness and struggles I am innately able to assist my clients on there own healing journey. Going within and truly getting to the root cause of our unhappiness and imbalances is where true healing begins. I always resort to getting to the "root" of the problem vs masking our pain. The road to true healing and empowerment isn't always easy, I truly believe that with the power of our mind, body and soul in unison anything is possible. A message I keep hearing is "I didn't have a traumatic childhood" it's not that you weren't loved it's just as a child we all need to be loved differently. Only YOU know what your inner child needs by reparenting them. Your parents did the best they could! It's not their fault it's time to feel so you can heal and let go of blaming them. Easier said then done that's why Hypnotherapy combined with inner child can change your life and perspective on everything!
