“Hi my name is Andrea and I am a first year Massage Therapy student with Makami College. So far in my training I have experience with Sweedish, Deep Tissue, Pre and Postnatal, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, Treatments such as Plantar Fascisa, Migranes and Tension Headaches along with Spa treatments and Hot Stone Massage. Exciting News Alert!!

We are officially welcoming Broghan to the team at Self-Care Collective as another RMT! This has been in the works for a few months now and I am SO EXCITED to have her here!

She is offering evening and weekend appointments for your convenience and offers direct billing. Here’s a bit about her:

“My name is Elizabeth Broghan Dahl (I go by Broghan but will happily answer to both). I have been a RMT since November 2016 and have developed a passion for treating an assortment of ailments and muscle injuries while still incorporating relaxation techniques as my goal is for you to feel both pain relief and rejuvenation. 
It is important to me that I listen to each individual's concerns and what they hope to accomplish during our time together, whether it be a deep tissue massage targeting a specific issue or calming down the nervous system and helping to reduce stress. 
I offer cupping and have been certified in pre and post natal care as well as level 1 in TMJD with a goal to become fully certified to treat TMJD. 

I will be working out of 2 locations, a wonderful multidisciplinary clinic in High River (Self Care Collective) as well as being home based in Okotoks. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me, I am so looking forward to seeing everyone and doing what I love!”

Hey friends! I’m alive!!

Hey friends ❤️

Just a quick little life update that I never thought I’d be giving. Last week, I very randomly had a seizure at my house & with that, my head hit the concrete. I’m now experiencing a really nasty head injury that I’m learning takes all the time it needs to heal so my job is now to sleep, sleep and sleep some more.
I am sharing this with you all because I will be taking a major step back from the clinic for as long as I need to- this is one of the scariest things to ever happen to me and I won’t be rushing my healing.
If you’re booked in with me this month, I will reach out to you individually.
Thank you all so much, I greatly appreciate this community and please know me and my family are being well taken care of 💜
