Hey, friends! Tomorrow, Friday December 19, is supposed to be Christmas Movie day at BRIDGES, but staff are called away for off-site appointments in the afternoon. so we will be closing at 12:30 instead!

The holiday season is often portrayed as a joyful time, but for many, it can bring a mix of emotions and added stress. Between financial anxiety, coping with economic uncertainty, longing for connection, or managing grief or loss, the holidays can take a toll on our mental health.

Connecting You With Your Community

BRIDGES is a community Drop-In and social outreach centre. We provide a safe environment with support services for people with mental health needs in the Hinton Alberta area. We all have mental health! Support your wellness by connecting with others in the community while participating in our amazing Recreation Program, the Hinton Ukulele Group, Monthly Jam Sessions, Men’s Support Group, Community Meals, Dungeons & Dragons Network and more! Come enjoy a coffee anytime and visit or even play a boardgame sometime.
