New Heights Fitness is a fitness studio specializing in Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Yoga, Pole Fitness, Yoga and Stretch & Conditioning.

~Aerial Hoop- Aerial hoop (aka Lyra) is a steel apparatus suspended from a single point from the ceiling or rig. Artists can perform aerial acrobatics on the hoop, gaining strength, flexibility and body awareness.

~Aerial Hammock- Aerial hammock or aerial sling is a type of performance in which an artist performs aerial acrobatics while hanging/standing/sitting in the fabric. The fabric is hung as a single piece, and mounted onto a swivel to allow circular rotation while performing. This discipline also helps gain strength, flexibility and body awareness.

~Pole Fitness- a fun class that uses the pole to its maximum potential as a versatile piece of fitness equipment. It works the whole body, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture, mainly focusing on upper body and core strength.

~Aerial Yoga- Aerial Yoga features a suspended yoga hammock where traditional poses are practiced in the hammock. The hammock creates support and allows students to challenge themselves and provide support where traditional yoga can’t.

~Stretch & Conditioning- this class helps the individual gain more strength and flexibility. This class starts with a cardio based warm up and then a series of stretch and conditioning skills with the use of the aerial hammock to assist in flexibility. All classes provide great workouts that are fun, challenging and work on building strength, flexibility and body awareness.
