We’re officially switching from American Hershey chocolate to high quality Belgian chocolate by Callebaut.

Callebaut is known for its smooth texture, rich flavor, and premium quality, and it pairs perfectly with our freeze dried fruits. This change lets us create chocolate bars that taste more refined, more balanced, and honestly just better.

Before and after of my better half and I making a homemade pizza🍕 .

Red peppers, white & brown mushrooms, purple onion, a couple of shallots, sirloin steak marinated for two days, red peppers and freeze-dried pea shoot microgreens! Topped with shredded Gouda and cheddar cheese. Seasoned with black garlic salt from The Gourmet Kettle

It was giving me Philly cheese steak vibes🤤. Would you eat it?
