Coming up on Feb 26: Infant Massage Class & Breastfeeding Support Group.

A chance for new or seasoned parents to connect with other parents while enjoying special time with their baby. Parents are encouraged to bring their breastfeeding questions for the community International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

February 26 - 10am to 12pm - Hinton Indoor Playground.

Finally after much anticipation I have expanded with a 3:1 full spectrum red light & near/mid/far infrared sauna for patient and public use in Shan Wellness!! This is the first of its kind in our area. The combination of red light with full spectrum infrared has many applications including pain and inflammation relief, recovery from athletic activity, detox, cardiovascular health, relaxation, weight loss, and anti aging!
