🌸✨ Moms Support & Healing Circle – Community Knowledge Sharing Gathering ✨🌸

The Maskwacis Wahkohtowin Research Group invites all community members to join us for a meaningful day of connection, learning, and healing.

🗓 Monday, March 16, 2026
⏰ 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📍 Howard Buffalo Memorial Centre (HBMC)

This gathering will share research ideas and key findings from the Moms Support & Healing Circle, while creating space for community voices and shared wisdom.

🌿 Mini-lessons will include:
• Cree culture and language
• Ceremony teachings
• Knowledge shared by Moms Support & Healing Circle Elders

💛 Our goals:
• Raise awareness for women’s support groups in the community
• Highlight key lessons learned
• Gather community feedback and ideas

🍲 Door prizes and lunch provided!

This initiative is part of a research study grounded in Hisuk-ish tsawalk — everything is one, everything is connected — supporting healthy family systems in Indigenous communities.

Maskwacis Health Services is hosting an Orthotic Doctor Clinic on March 13.

If you’re experiencing foot pain, discomfort while walking, knee or lower back pain, custom orthotics may help improve your alignment and overall mobility.
