The Clarity Candle from our Feel Good Daily Collection of Energy Balancing candles.

It's a blend of three beautiful essential oils.

Patchouli is grounding, soothing, and peace-inducing. It is known to eliminate unpleasant odours in the environment and to balance emotions. The sedative scent stimulates the release of pleasure hormones, namely serotonin, and dopamine, thereby improving negative moods and enhancing the feeling of relaxation.

Today was a full on self care day and honestly I think I had the best pedicure ever.
Now, that’s saying something coming from me. I’m a total spa girl.

The water was infused with oranges and cinnamon, the perfect cozy scent for fall. After trimming and shaping, I was treated to four different foot massages. One with a soothing orange jelly concoction, one with hot silky stones, one with a nourishing lotion and one where they poured warm candle wax right from the burning candle onto my legs and massaged it in. Pure bliss.

An entire hour of relaxation, grounding, gratitude and a reminder that feeling good isn’t a luxury. It’s a part of the lifestyle.

The Spa Explorer in Me
