If you are putting yourself out there you will get feedback. Sometimes it stings.

I always take a moment to reflect on what my part might be to look at. And then once I’ve done that, I need to let it pass through.

If I let it take me down, I would never show up again. I also can’t be attached to the positive stuff either.

A neutral approach is best.

A daily practice for me, for sure. What about you?

Sacred Medicine Oracle - CALLING ✨🦋

“The call to step into your role as a healer, visionary, and seer in this world is becoming louder and more insistent. You have inherited ancestral gifts, lived a lifetime of teachings, and received wisdom from many guides. You are currently walking through a fire of initiation to shake up self-doubt and fear of visibility. It is no small feat to share the fullness of who you are with the world. And the time has come to do so. If you choose not to listen, the call will only increase in volume.

If it has never felt safe to you to share your sacred medicine with the world, be kind to yourself. It can take a lot of courage and love to open up about vulnerable feelings. You are invited to hold compassion for fear or insecurity. Please know that this is a normal part of expansion, and the only way to hone your craft is with practice.

This card is here to show you that you are a medicine keeper and the ways you can share with the world are abundant. Your gifts are meant to be put into action in tangible ways now. All you need to do is to show up authentically and know that your presence is so much more than enough.

Sacred Ceremony:
A circle of light appears around you. In this circle are your ancestors[D1] , animal spirits, healer guides, and angelic ones. They welcome you into their circle, and you feel this pulsation of illumination activate all your energy centers. You remember that you are here in this life for a divine purpose, and you are being called to your greatest expression. You shimmer with the light of your sacred medicine for all to see.”

Healing Affirmation: “I am enough exactly as I am. My sacred medicine is ready to be shared with the world.”

If you would have met me when I was 6 you would have seen a shy little girl who felt too much. Being visible and seen would have overwhelmed her system and she would rather curl up with a book and escape this world.

I hold her hand today and tell her that she is now sharing medicine with so many. Her sensitive nature got her here. And so did many leaps of courage. ✨🌿🦋
