La COOP offre des services significatifs, répondant aux besoins de base des individus: vaccination, prélèvements, éducation en santé afin d'encourager les gens à prioriser leur santé et poser les gestes nécessaires au maintien et à l'amélioration de celle-ci. Notre mission:
Travailler à intégrer un service de santé et de soutien, dispensé dans le respect et la dignité pour tous. Nos différentes cliniques auront pour but de desservir le Haut St-Laurent ayant comme point central la municipalité de St-Louis-de-Gonzague (Siège social). The COOP will offer services pertinent to the general base needs of individuals: vaccination, specimen collection, health education in an effort to encourage individuals to identify his/her health as a priority and take action to sustain and improve it. Our Mission:
Working towards optimal first line and supportive health care with respect and dignity for all. Our diverse clinic will service the Haut St. Laurent with our base in St-Louis-de-Gonzague municipality.
