Breaking Away From Attachments

From childhood to adulthood we meet people everywhere we go and learn more and more as time goes on. Through this epic journey of life, we see so many beautiful and intriguing things that make the slightest impact in our lives. Sometimes these things become a part of our lives, so we acquire them and cherish them as long as they fulfill that certain space in our life until maybe someday it's no longer needed. As we get older we accumulate so many things that it gets to the point that we wind up having to make some tough decisions on whether to keep certain things and part with others. This can sometimes be a difficult moment for some if they have grown attached to all of these things. With so many things come so many memories, not for what they've been used for but for the time they had spent in our presence throughout our life.

Sometimes letting go of attachments can be a relief or a breath of fresh air. A new beginning or maybe letting go of a past hurtful memory that is no longer needed. Whatever the case, we must all learn to not become too attached to objects because life itself is the most precious objective for all of us to obtain and cherish. Some people may risk their lives for certain attachments when in tragic situations for things that may be very dear to them. It's those moments when we must find the courage to break away from attachments. Some of us may value our personal attachments more than we value the lives of others. The difference between the two is that one cannot be replaced or duplicated and there is no attachment in this world far greater than any other breathing life.

Sometimes along our journey of life we may meet someone who has made a major impact in our life and we become very close to them. It could be a pet, a friend or a close family member. When this happens, we can also become attached to them as well which is a good thing. But sometimes life has a way of changing courses for everyone and those we have become attached to may have to leave our presence and sometimes for good. When a death takes place, it can be one of the most traumatizing moments we ever experience and one of the hardest attachments for many of us to let go. This is a very sensitive situation because it's another life and not an object so the emotions may run much deeper with our hearts and affect our mind, weakening our spirit, but in due time we must learn to move on. There is no time limit required for this transition, but it is up to us to pick ourselves up when this happens and take with us the joyous memories to strengthen our spirits, uplift our hearts and free our mind to move on with life.

There will always be losses and gains in this life we live on our personal journey, but with time we must learn how to deal with all the different transitions of attachments that life throws at us. No matter the attachment, be an object or another form of life, we will always keep the memories close within our hearts until the end of our time. I hope this article was able to help you or maybe someone you know deal with any losses that have occurred in your life sometime or another. Venus, the planet of love and relationships, has just entered the sign of Ta**us, which is all about safety and comfort and sensuality and intimacy and connection.

On April 3rd, Pluto will be squaring Venus. Pluto is about disrupting the comfort, revealing the truth. It doesn't care about your control programs. It wants you to go deeper and have authentic intimacy.

Pluto can bring intensity. It can bring transformation. It can be a very sexy energy, especially with Ta**us.

On the shadow end, it can also bring up fears and unconscious shadows and control programs. Ta**us doesn't like extremes or instability, but sometimes it can get stuck.

Pluto squaring Venus in Ta**us is a catalytic energy, so that could feel like a power struggle and. It can feel overwhelming at times, but on the other end, the gift is that it could deepen your relationships.
