Drop-in Doc Talk: Sign-up for the Parent Current to gain access to this. Drop by any Thursday morning for coffee and to ask any questions you have about pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting

Birth Essentials: offered once per month over 2 Saturdays

With the trails in HRM open again, we can resume our Friday walk and play group!

We will meet at Hubbards Barn at 10am this Friday, September 5. All are welcome! Stay and play, or come for a walk - we will head to the Rails to Trails on the Halifax side. Stroller friendly!

I have an updated location that does not involve trails! Please let me know what you think.

I will be at ACES school (105 Parkwood Drive, Mill Cove Park) on Friday morning at 10am. You can stay and play at the playground, or come for a walk down Mill Cove Shore road past Mill Cove beach.

This will work until school is back in session (until Sept 4). In September if the trails are still closed, we can meet directly on Mill Cove Shore road.

This is a stroller friendly walk. All caregivers and children welcome!

With the trails currently closed, I will put a pause on the walking group until I can come up with a good stroller friendly option.

Any suggestions for alternate walking areas welcome!

The forecast is looking a little rainy - we will go rain or shine.

We will be going ahead with the walk this morning, rain or shine. I'll be at Hubbards Barn at 10am and we'll aim to start walking around 10:15am.

Our plan will be to head to the Rails to Trails and head East to Chester.

If today isn't your day, no worries! We'll catch you next week!

I will be at Hubbards Barn at 10am on Fridays with some baby/toddler/kids toys and activities. Stay and play or join me for a walk along the trails. I will also have a baby carrier on hand for anyone who would like to use it.

Our summer schedule is as follows:

June 20, 3-4:30pm: Potty Training. Will this summer be your time? Conversation relevant to caregivers of infants and toddlers of all ages.
August 17, 3-4:30pm: Feeding Infants and Toddlers. Let's talk everything feeding, from breastfeeding and bottle feeding, to starting solids, to navigating the toddler years!

☕ Drop-in Doc Talks: Casual coffee & conversations where you can ask questions and hang out.

The Parent Current and Drop-in Doc Talks both take place at our Hubbards Area location at 2208 Hwy 329. All caregivers and children welcome.
