Finally feeling like spring đ
As the weather gets nicer, itâs natural to want to get outside and be more active again â walks, runs, yard work, biking, golf, and weekend activities all ramp up this time of year.
A few tips to help your body adjust:
⢠Increase activity gradually instead of jumping in all at once
⢠Start with shorter durations and build up over time
⢠Warm up before activity and stretch afterward
⢠Listen to soreness vs. pain â your body will usually tell you when it needs a break
