Meet your new “beginner” level instructor

Hi Im Jana, I’m married and blessed with 2 beautiful daughters. I love all things purple, my chihuahua- Loki, a great cup of coffee, kayaking, singing along to multiple genres of music, spending time with my family & friends, and being physically active- running, working out and spin classes. I found my love for spin in 2022 & have been hooked ever since. I am so excited to share this new passion with others and hope they will love it as well!! 💜

Hi my name is Brittany. I am a vet tech here in Humboldt. I started spinning back when the grind opened in 2021. I was skeptical to try it but ended up loving it. I had always thought being a spin coach would be super cool but never thought about it seriously until Katlyn moved to Humboldt. As we started to get to know eachother and got closer she really pushed me to go for it! She is definitely my mentor and biggest supporter in my spin journey. The reason why I love spin the most is because no matter what mood you enter the studio with you leave in a good one.
If I am not in the studio or the gym you can find me out walking my dog.

Well.... it was Andrea's last ride this morning as a part permanent fixture in our team! She packed the room with her fans, singing and smiling as per usual! We will miss seeing our little rocker throughout the week but she will be back popping in here and there! So this isn't goodbye, it's see you soon. Andrea you are a gem.
