This new moon in Libra is all about relationships - business, family, friends… romantic- or maybe even with yourself. This new moon is calling you to maybe strengthen those bonds, or to release some that don’t serve you anymore. Take resonates, let go of what doesn’t. This hour is designed to bring to light exactly what you need , in this point in time.

✨9D breathwork + a sound bath is coming back to Humboldt ! ✨

Rhonda will be leading us through the 9D breath work session , and we will end of the night with a shortened sound bath from Lindsy and Brehanna. These sessions are truly one of a kind , designed to help bring the body back into a state of peace and tranquility.

This session sold out quick last time, so if you would like to be a part of this transformational breath work please register ASAP! We only have 12 spots available.

Exciting News! Our Monthly Soundbaths Are back🙌🏼🥳

Our fall dates are finalized and we cannot wait to connect with everyone once again

2025 Fall Dates:
- September 18 at 7 PM
- October 23 at 7 PM
- November 20 at 7 PM
- December 18 at 7 PM

Each session is priced at $20 per person, and once again being held at the Elizabeth. The specific room will be announced closer to the date.

Plus, we're thrilled to collaborate with Rhonda once again for a unique 9D Breathwork and Soundbath Combo on October 4! Stay tuned for more exciting details.

Our summer solstice event is coming up this Thursday, June 19th 😎

Lindsy will be guiding you through a group
hypnotherapy experience, while brehanna will be playing the bowls to help deepen the hypnosis to help fully relax and recharge.

We will also have a mini cacao ceremony at the end, and we encourage you to come with a journal/pen and write down any thoughts or experiences that may have come up during the session. If journalling is not your thing, feel free to allow the breath to guide you and prepare to sit quietly for some personal reflection. 💞💕
