What is Jikiden Reiki?

The word Jikiden, means “directly passed down from one’s teacher”. It is a healing technique, that was founded and developed in Japan by Mr. Mikao Usui (1865-1926).

A Reiki treatment is administered by a practitioner who received Reiki energy from the Universe. With simply laying on of hands, the practitioner transmits the energy to the receiver.

It is an art of hands-on energy healing, that works for both physical and psychological aspects of health by reactivating the natural healing ability that humans originally possess.

Reiki is self-balancing within the body,, adjusting to meet the needs of each individual. Reiki supports our well-being and strengthens our natural ability to heal by encouraging balance within the body.

During a Jikiden Reiki treatment, the client rests fully clothed on a massage table in a quiet environment. The practitioners hands are lightly placed on different points of the clients body. Reiki energy flows to where it is needed.

Jikiden Reiki can be used as a complimentary therapy with medical treatments. Jikiden Reiki be used alone, or with other forms of therapies, to speed up the recovery time in the healing process. It improved all functions of the body is safely absorbed, distributed and balanced by the body to meet its specific needs.

Please note, that Reiki treatments are not meant to replace traditional health care treatments.

Shalene is going to be joining me in my Space to offer Reiki and Access Bars starting Oct 7!

She will working a few weekends a month (go check the schedule!) AND is offering a special promo to celebrate her birthday in October !

60 min of Reiki or Access Bars will be $60 (regular rate $80)

90 min of Reiki or Access Bars will be $100 (regular rate $120)

Saturday October 7th and Sunday Oct 8th will be her first days in practice, so head on over to the schedule and BOOK that appointment before slots run out! 🏃‍♀️
