Just over a week ago, I was invited to do a seminar at the Saskatoon Health and Wellness Expo. I decided to speak on what we can do as parents, caregivers and community member to help children on their journey to mental wellness. The response was amazing and I appreciate everyone who stopped by my booth or messaged me after the seminar. Doors open 10–6 Saturday and 10–5 Sunday with dozens of companies and thousands of products and services to explore.

I’ve been a bit distant from social media lately as I get used to my new role as an instructor for SIIT for their mental health and wellness program, and I’ve been working on some other things ha behind the scenes with Fight Fair.
✅ Still seeing clients and am accepting new clients!
