Being a Registered Massage Therapist is truly what I was meant to be! I've been happy to call Humboldt home for my practice since 2017.

Since graduating in 2002, I have been a practicing RMT in Weyburn, Saskatchewan; Medicine Hat, Alberta; and Watson, Saskatchewan. Each and every massage treatment involves the use of Basalt Hot Stones. My stones have become an integral part of my massage treatments; the added benefit of heat assists in increasing circulation and relaxation to tired and tense muscles. Hydrocollator heat packs also

provide a deep long lasting heat, and are usually utilized on the area of most concern prior to the focused massage beginning.I'm registered with the National Health Practitioners of Canada (https://www.nhpcanada.org/for-the-public/index.html) and provide a receipt for every massage, allowing you to then claim your treatment through your benefit plan. I would encourage everyone to look into their plans to see what you're entitled to and how each individual plan works!It is truly a wonderful thing to do what you love, every day, and make a difference in someone's world while you're at it! The bloom of canola reminded me that September is steadily sneaking up on us....so the online booking calendar is up for the rest of the year!

For some reason January feels like the looooongest month for me 😂 I'm grateful it isn't "minus-a-million degrees" outside this year at least!
