Holistic nutrition is all about eating healthy foods that are as close to their natural state as possible for maximum health and well being. Key words you will hear from me include unrefined, unprocessed, organic and locally grown whole foods. My approach hinges on the belief that the human body is self-healing and when given the right elements, will always strive for balance and health. Confession: I’ve been preaching this to clients for years… and I still catch myself resisting it. 😅

✨ Slowing down makes me more productive.
✨ Rest helps me focus.
✨ Setting boundaries protects my energy and my results.

It feels counterintuitive in our “go-go-go” world - but it’s so true.

I’ve been re-learning this lately - shoutout to my coach and teacher ( Kelsey and Elizabeth respectively) for the nudge.

This helps me show up with more clarity, energy, and focus...

You can’t pour from an empty cup - and you certainly can’t meal prep, eat well, or care for your body when you’re running on fumes.
