In support of Su***de Prevention, Lakeview Counselling & Wellness will be offering free 20-30 minute mental health safety planning sessions in Huntsville or virtually throughout the remainder of September. No waitlist, no eligibility criteria - No one left alone. 💛

These confidential sessions will be with a licensed clinician (and our clinic therapy dog!) to help you create or review/update a mental health safety plan for yourself or a loved one. Crisis resources will also be provided.

Sessions are free, no questions asked.
**Optional: Voluntary small contributions can be made (named or anonymously) in-office, with 100% going directly to Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Muskoka-Parry Sound. Lakeview will be matching any contributions.

We’re thrilled to welcome Katie MacNeill, MA, RP, PMH-C to our team!

Katie will provide appointments in-person in Huntsville, and Ontario-Wide virtually for ages 14+. With a background in public health and years of experience in primary care and interdisciplinary settings, she offers trauma-informed, evidence-based support for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, life transitions, and more.

Katie is certified in Perinatal Mental Health, trained in EMDR, and brings a warm, person-centred approach to support youth, adults, couples, and families.
