Love this!!! It’s tough as hell to be still in the body and mind and then rest back in the truth. Maybe why busy people find some yoga practices so difficult….the sound of silence can be deafening. Is busyness a distraction? Avoidance to protect yourself? Deep thoughts. ♥️🙏

It’s a magickal duo that reminds us to reflect, release the past and look towards new beginnings

Imbolc brings about the first stirrings of life in the belly of the earth. New things are just on the horizon and the season of light is returning soon

With the Full moon we are reminded of what has come to pass and what we need to let go
