We did it! What a fantastic day at the Rotary Dockfest. Another incredible fundraiser and community event bringing families and businesses together for a great cause. COREHealth won the Trophy 🏆 for the races, AND the best parade float prize-double win! Love my COREHealth team, and special mention to Steph Salmon for her creativity and EXQUISITE bathtub racing skills 😆 to bring home the trophy for a second time! Congratulations to Rotary club of Huntsville for another successful event.

The primary outcome of a Reflexology Therapy session is to improve health by increasing circulation, reducing stress and bringing about a state of calmness to the nervous system (‘parasympathetic’ state).

Boost your immune system.

Join us at Core Health Naturopathic Wellness Center at 165 Main Street West, Huntsville, to sample our “CHANGE OF SEASON SOUP”. There will be packages of the dried herbs for the soup available for purchase as well.

Fall is upon us. Though beautiful, this time of year also takes a toll on our bodies. The change in weather is often accompanied by heightened levels of stress at work and school, as well as increased exposure to cold and flu bugs. So what can we do to help our immune system adapt?

In traditional Chinese medicine, the change of season is welcomed with an immune tonic called “The Change of Season Soup”. It enhances the immune system to improve resistance to colds and flus, as well as increases the body's own adaptive energies. It is a great harmonizer to the body and mind in times of stress.

Herbs contained in the tonic are ASTRAGULUS MEMBRANACEUS root, DIOSCOREA OPPOSITE root (Chinese yam), CODONOPSIS RACINE root and LYCIUM BARBARUM (Goji berries).

Another great year and fundraiser at Rotary Dockfest & Bathtub Detby races! Thanks to Stephanie Salmon for kickin’ at the races, placing 1st and 2nd in the first two heats and proceeding to the finals. Although we didn’t make the trophy this year, it appears we are still the ones to beat according to the “actual” Trophy 😆🏆Thanks CoreHealth team!!!
