A grounding technique I learned in the last little while was to think back to your childhood…what was the best part of your day or what would your little self be wanting to do? And now, go do those things.
I wanted to play with barn cats and pick flowers or be in the garden 🐈‍⬛🌸

Yesterday I had a client in for a Reiki Healing session. We did a lot of clearing but part of the issue was focus and attention on another individual.

Just a friendly reminder, you just have to take care of you. Remove the other person from your healing journey, they are not yours to fix ❤️‍🩹
