Hayes Haven is a Non Profit Corporation dedicated to providing quality care for seniors in a safe and friendly home environment. Residents enjoy the security of friendly staff, ready prepared to assist whenever necessary on a 24 hour basis. In August 2000 Hayes Haven opened a 21 suite facility. Each suite has its' own bedroom, sitting area, and private bathroom amenities. Each suite includes a 39"
mattress and box spring, a dresser and night table, a private closet, chair and waste basket. Toiletries are the responsibility of the resident. Call lines service each area of the suite enssuring immediate response of a care aide assistance, should the need present itself. Residents are welcome to bring personal effects and furniture. The suite is his/hers to furnish as he/she chooses. Each suite has cable/satellite/telephone accessibility, at a cost the the resident. Laundry services are provided, as are bedding and towel requirements. Hayes Haven promotes empowering the individual to make personal choices whenever possible. Scheduled transportation uptown is available. Medical appointments within the community will be provided, however specialized care outside Indian Head must be arranged by the support individuals. A beautician's area has been designed into the home so that residents can have a trim or a set donen professionally in the comfort of home. Our professional will come in at scheduled times and you can arrange for your appointments. Delicious home cooked nutritious meals will be prepared three times daily. Snacks, juice, coffee, tea are always available! Fees do not include:
