I know some of you on here have been through what has changed in my business over the years. I'm wondering if some of you miss some of the bath and body care products that I used to make?

I'm planning on putting some Christmas baskets together this year, as that sounds fun to me!

How miraculous is this!?!?!

"I was a homeopath in attendance at a home delivery. This was the third child and all had had natural births. If this has been been a homebirth without the knowledge of homeopathy this child would have been whisked away to the hospital for oxygen. And if it was a hospital delivery, they would have been whisked away and sent to the NICU.

In either of those situations, the child would have been separated from the mother, not given the option of delayed cord clamping, skin to skin, etc. All the things that help a child incarnate in this planet, connect with the mother, get immune boosting nutrients with breastfeeding, etc. would have been stripped away.
The outcome would have been completely different for both mother and child creating TRAUMA from that very moment onwards. Instead, the body was brought back into alignment within 15 SECONDS.

That, my friends, is the miraculous beauty of homeopathy and why I do what I do.

Hiatal hernia is a muscle problem.

The diaphragm muscles are weak and years of overeating stretch the stomach and the tissue allowing the stomach to pop up above the diaphragm.

PPI's (proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole) don't fix the problem, just like diet alone won't either.

PPI's lower the stomach acid so it doesn't burn when it's coming back up. . . but it still comes back up.

There are some maneuvers you can do to get the stomach to get back below the diaphragm but then you also need to strengthen the connective tissue to prevent from happening again and again.

Connective tissue requires calcium other minerals to be strong.

The parathyroid glands regulate the flow of calcium in the body.

Our endocrine glands along with the nervous system regulate everything in the body.

Our endocrine glands and nervous system are the energetic centers of the body.

We are energy first and matter second.

If you don't work with energy medicine to heal, you are missing a BIG chunk of your puzzle.

Your body didn't become unbalanced over night and p**f there's a hiatal hernia. It took years to develop. . .

There is so much going on in the world and the energy is shifting at a rapid pace.

As this occurs, we are learning to let go.

But letting go isn't easy, for many of us.

Change can be one of the hardest things for us to experience as it can cause grief.

Grief that needs to be worked through.

As I scroll my Facebook feed I see lots of death and disease.

Souls that are passing on as they are finished what they came here to do.

Souls that aren't prepared for what's to come.

Souls that are now at peace, but where does that leave us.

It leaves us grieving.

Grieving is a process that takes time and looks different for everyone.

But why not get some help moving through that energy.

We don't have to suffer alone in silence.

We are all feeling this grief, as we are all one.

Our animals and our children are trying to help clear this energy for us, pay attention.
