Our body which I refer to as our temple, houses our spirit! The importance of a healthy temple and healthy spirit is to produce a wholesome healthy life! Know that your temple is always communicating with you, harness that through meditating, nature, quiet places. As a (Registered) Massage Therapist I listen to your temple through visible signs, palpation, screening tests and muscle testing. My treatments are designed on a individual basis, with only one goal: to have your temple, mental and emotional state improved for the life you live!

Elements of Healing Massage is back open on Saturdays! Online booking or contacting me will get you there. I predominantly do deep tissue massage but also, myofascial cupping, lymphatic drainage, scalp and hot stones in the colder months. I do dabble with oils, healing crystals and smudge my space.
