Balance with Lyn Essentials to a Balanced Life from sole to soul. Plant-based, essential oil foot care artisan. That intern was affecting my mental health.

Providing nursing foot care clinics to 8 communities across Saskatchewan(Regina, Indian Head, Grenfell, Lumsden, Southey, Dundurn, Hanley, Imperial, & Craik). I started using young living essential oils in 2013 and they helped me balance my very busy life. At the time I was struggling with weight gain, physical/mental burn out and a new abundance of unknown allergic reactions. The weight gain was hard to take as in the two years leading up to this I had made life changes and was in the best physical shape of my life. While trying western medicine supports to control my symptoms I was feeling more physical unwell every day. Becoming mentally healthy was what started the weight loss in the first place and losing grouping I had gained was not an option. I stared using essential oils to support my physical and mental symptoms. the difference was amazing and I have been using them every since. Having balance in my life has been the key to happiness for me. I truly believe when we are happy we healthier. I am a better version of my self every day and that is because I do not put all my focus on one area of my life or my health, I try to have a balance. Being a nurse has given me a lot of western medicine tools to help balance my busy life when I need it and a job I love. The knowledge I have gained using essential oils over the past 10 years has put just as many tools in my tool box. The lack of preventative care and self care knowledge that was accessible was really highlighted for me during the pandemic so I decided to not just use my young living products but to help others gain a knowledge base about how to use them to create balance for them self.

From the global stage in Paris… back home to Regina. 🌍
