Maddi Henry (McNiven) is a graduate from the 2200 hour program at D'Arcy Lane School of Equine Massage Therapy located in London, Ontario. The school is currently the only registered program of its kind in North America. Maddi has a strong love for horses and strives to work with and build a great relationship with the horse, their trainers, owners, grooms, veterinarians, and other equine health p
ractitioners, in order to help increase the horses athletic performance to their full potential. In addition to a diploma in Equine Massage Therapy, Maddi is also is certified in MagnaWave PEMF Therapy. Maddi offers an equine rehabilitation program in Ingersoll, Ontario. This includes working along with veterinarians on providing an equine swimming program based on your horses needs. She uses massage therapy, MagnaWave PEMF, laser, and EquiVibe to help improve the horses recovery time depending on the specific condition. Maddi trains and cares for a small standardbred racehorse stable along side her husband, Travis, in Ingersoll, Ontario. She also works as a groom for another trainer focusing on stakes caliber horses. She grew up as part of a family owned and operated business, Twinbrook Farms, a Standardbred breeding farm located in Embro, Ontario. She has a strong background of horses and has been involved with both breeding and foaling out broodmares, as well as prepping yearlings for the yearling sales in both Ontario and the United States. Maddi is also involved in the barrel racing industry, competing in the Ontario Barrel Racing Association, National Barrel Horse Association of Canada, Roping Association of Ontario, and International Pro Rodeo Association. Maddi has competed at many barrel races and rodeos across Ontario, Quebec, and the United States.
