The First Five program provides the assessments and preventative care children need in their early years while families seek a permanent provider in the community. You can receive urgent healthcare for your child or youth without leaving home. Book a same-day or next-day video visit with a primary care nurse practitioner who is experienced in virtual healthcare for children and youth.

How it works:
� Pick a time that works for your family: appointments available from 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, every day of the year.

�Connect by secure video from the comfort of your home: no waiting room, no travel.

�A nurse practitioner will meet with you and your child/youth virtually. They can help with: fevers, sore throat, coughs, ear pain, rashes, small cuts, stomach upset, headaches, sprains, and other non-emergency problems.
