Meet our Primary Care Network Executive Council:

Pauline Markus is a long-time Oxford County resident and Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience across the local healthcare system. Her career has spanned emergency care, palliative care, and now primary care, giving her a strong understanding of the patient journey across settings.

"I offer the Oxford OHT a clinician who understands the "full circle" of care, from the ER bedside to the kitchen tables of palliative patients, to the daily management of chronic disease in primary care.
