Riverdale offers a variety of fitness and wellness programs and training ranging from one-on-one personal training with one of our highly skilled professional trainers to massage therapy using our hydro-massage bed. At Riverdale, we also offer our members nutritional consultations and programming to assist them in reaching their overall health goals. Riverdale Fitness Mill has an exceptional selec

tion of strength and cardiovascular equipment. In fact, we house the world’s leading fitness equipment including a Freedom Climber rock wall, Power Plate, and a Jacob’s Ladder. We also offer numerous group exercise programs for people of all ages and fitness abilities. Riverdale is also proud to provide specialty youth programs designed and catered to the training needs of young athletes. Qualified trainers run several programs with local hockey teams, soccer teams and individual athletes geared toward optimizing their physical potential within their specific sport. Situated in an 1871 Woolen Mill, Riverdale also exists as a historical heritage building, giving the club a unique ambiance through its limestone walls and wood timber beam construction. The original wooden beams and charred wood in the exposed stone walls function as evidence of the building’s legacy and contributes to the unique and authentic quality that Riverdale Fitness Mill has today.

TRAINER TIP: Don't skip your warm-up! 🔥

We know it's tempting to jump straight into the workout, but taking just 5 minutes to warm up properly makes a huge difference. It raises your core temperature, activates the muscles you're about to use, and helps reduce the risk of injury.

Try arriving a few minutes early and moving through some dynamic exercises, like leg swings, hip circles, light bodyweight squats. Not static stretching... actual movement. Your body will perform better and feel better for it. 💪

🍑 NEW CLASS ALERT: BLT (aka B***y, Legs & Tummy!)

Have you tried this one yet? We introduced this one last month, and we've been having some fun! Join Izzy every Tuesday night at 6:30pm for BLT, a fun and focused bodyweight strength class targeting the lower body and core.

Each class works through glutes, hamstrings, abs, balance, calves, and finishes with a great stretch. It's low impact, welcoming for all fitness levels, and a seriously effective way to build strength from the ground up. No equipment needed, just you!

Tuesdays at 6:30pm with Izzy. Come join the fun, this is the place! 💪
