If your nervous system feels overloaded lately—this is for you.
You might notice:
• anxiety that comes and goes (or never fully settles)
• irritability, burnout, or emotional exhaustion

I work with women (and teens) using a somatic approach to help you regulate your nervous system and feel more steady day-to-day.
For June & July all sessions will be online only- which works really well if you:
• need flexible support
• are balancing a lot
• or simply prefer being in your own space
