Overthinking is a huge issue causing worry and anxiety.
1. Praying to God or the universe or whatever you believe in can help.
2. Breathing exercises can help calm in the moment.
3. Rationalize your thoughts in a journal.

Can't wait! If you have been super emotional the last few weeks, know it is not your fault. We have had multiple planets in retrograde, and this can make the sensitive, empathic and intuitive ones a bit squirrely. This to shall pass.
