BODY. MIND. SPIRIT. Everything is Connected and that balance has become my purpose! As far back as I can remember, I grew up witnessing my mother sick.

After her Breast Cancer Surgery she was given 6 months to live, she went into a depression, rarely leaving her bed. Feeling lonely and isolated, her smile was never seen. Staying with other family members was so familiar to me, as mom silently battled. The times guaranteed to see a smile on her face was when her Hairstylist came to the house. As her hairstylist worked away, they would engage in fun conversation and friendly banter, as mom was able to leave her troubles behind and transform into this beautiful confident woman! Mom thankfully went into remission and lived another 20 years!! As a 20' something, I knew that I wanted to support women on their journey. I knew the importance! Everything is so connected and that balance has become my purpose! I have built a Holistic Chest Full of Modalities to Support Women through their journey here. My Wish is to fill all the gaps! I will come to you, to meet those needs! I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified in Iridology, Reiki Master, Hairstylist and The Host of The Women's Wellness Circle Barrie/Innisfil. ( A beautiful group of Women who gather monthly to support each other)

This is a reflection of the structural and functional integrity of the body.
An iris with good resilience identifies an individual with inherent high resistance, good muscle, and tissue tone, flexibility and short recovery time with a reduced disposition of health complaints.
The closer the fibre arrangement the better the resilience.

How interesting to see this beautiful 6 yr old little girl with Coloboma an eye abnormality that occurs at birth.
It is a hole in one of the eye structures such as the iris, retina, choroid or optic disc; missing pieces of tissue in structures that form the eye.
Yet this young ladies vision has not been affected 💞
Coloboma occurs in approximately 1 in 10,000 people

Iridology dates back hundreds of years,but the first iris map developed was in the early 1800's by a doctor named Ignatz von Peczely in Hungary. He is known as the father of Iridology.
In his childhood it is written that he captured an injured owl in his backyard that had a broken leg. He noticed in one of it's eyes that there was a black line but when the leg healed, a white mark appeared where the dark mark was.
This incident started a life-long interest and study of Iridology.
Since then, many scientists, doctors and health professionals around the world have studied Iridology👁🙏

The heavenly bodies of spheres whose appearance is that of a disk-the sun, the moon, the planets, our own earth, and the Iris.
As we observe these worlds through photographs taken by satellites and space probes, we are able to determine incredible details on the surfaces.
There are mountains, holes, canyons, flat spaces, ridges, gullies, and an endless assortment of other features.
To the physicists, geologists and astronomers, these details provide a great wealth of information about the nature and condition of these worlds and the process occurring there.
Is it not possible to apply the same information gathering techniques to the iris?
