At our retreats, Dr Joe and our team carefully curate all of the audio throughout each event. Music is a powerful and essential part of every meditation that helps you overcome external distractions while helping you tune in to – and amplify – the elevated emotions in your heart.

Years ago, a member of our community introduced our audio team to Mei-lan Maurits. We quickly began using Mei-lan’s ethereal voice during the heart-opening segments of our live meditations, and over the years, it’s become an impactful part of the retreat experience.
