I created HEAL Body, Mind, Spirt in 2017.
*Holistic Wellness through Ayurveda, Nature & Massage*

I am a deeply dedicated practitioner with a rich blend of skills and offerings. You will begin your service by walking a wooded path until you reach my forest dome. Using Holistic & Ayurvedic techniques, Massage, marma point therapy, crystals & energy medicine, my wellness treatments provide a deeply enriching and unique experience, weaving together a variety of healing practices in a natural, immersive setting.

Through retreats and one-on-one sessions, I help guide clients to elevate their energy to its highest potential, nurturing confidence & spiritual growth within a supportive and empowering space. My Holistic & Ayurvedic Massages integrate my intuitive abilities & nature’s frequencies to offer you an alternative way to heal.

As a Certified Reiki Practitioner, Accredited Emotional Freedom Therapy practitioner & Forest Bathing Guide, I use these tools as per the individuals needs towards a tension free, calm, adaptable living on their journey.

A little bit about my home life:

I embrace living and working holistically, tending to my rural homestead with pride and drawing sustenance from the land.

My deep connection to nature, keeps me grounded a creates a strong inspiring foundation for my holistic practices.

My current internship as a Classical Ayurvedic Health Counsellor is a dedicated step towards continually guiding you in your wellness journey.

Spring (Vasanta) 🌱This season is a time of rejuvenation and growth in nature, this is also mirrored in the body’s need to cleanse and lighten itself from winters heaviness . 🌸Spring is Kapha dominant, so your body may feel heavy, lethargic, or even prone to excess mucus production. Example: allergies/sinus issues
🌺Spring brings the qualities of mild warmth, dampness, softness & slightly heavy. 🌸Ayurveda follows Rtu Caraya ( seasonal regimen) which emphasizes preventing seasonal imbalances by light nourishment (dry foods with pungent , bitter or astringent tastes) lifestyle- waking up early and engage in stimulating exercise and incorporating cleansing practices.
🌿Ayurveda regimens help to prevent seasonal imbalances, boost immunity & promote vitality.
🌼 spring is a time for mental clarity to clear stagnation. A lovely way to do this is to expose yourself to uplifting environments, such as nature walks, which will encourage you to align with the seasons energy of renewal . Pranayama (breathing techniques) energize the body & mind. 🌼Cleansing practises such as dry brushing in the morning can help exfoliate, increase circulation & lymphatic flow & support your bodys natural detoxification process. Steam inhalation to clear nasal passages and reduce congestion. 🌿The goal is to boost your immunity and maintain optimal health during the spring season. 🌼🌺As you may or may not know, I am currently a classical Ayurvedic Health Counsellor intern. 🌼🌺. If you have any questions during this season and would like some guidance, be sure to reach out and I will be able to collaborate with my teachers (Ayurvedic practitioners & Ayurvedic doctors) to address your needs.
