Unless --> they are actually addressing the reason for the inflammation and helping the body heal itself

Don't get me wrong, most inflammation is also very painful so anti-inflammatories can help reduce pain and we all have a limit 😖

Just know that stopping the inflammation is stopping the healing process and will prolong your overall recovery/healing time


I believe most inflammation blamed pain is due to blocked FLOW & lost charge. One way the body can help create more charge for these damaged or blocked areas is to produce hydrogen sulfide gas which can then be converted into sulfate

(The gas is also an easy way, often a back up way, to transport sulfur as this mechanism can be negatively impacted by toxins like glyphosate)

The body converts hydrogen sulfide back into sulfate locally, by proving negative charge, which helps restore proper structure and function, helping to heal the area

BUT with excess or chronic hydrogen sulfide gas comes 😖 as too many ROS can build up - reactive oxygen species - often also due to low sulfate and low glutathione (usually due to toxin exposure like RoundUp or toxic overload, just too many toxins for the body to clear)

So chronic inflammation is a sign of low sulfate and/or repeated behaviors that are injuring the body, faster than it can heal, including toxins - see "autoimmune disease " with its excess antibodies there to clean up, or cancer with its bags of garbage parked around the body (called tumors) or fibromyalgia with its blocked emotions and energetic FLOW

Find the root of what's causing injury, microtrauma or a blockage

Address that and help the body heal itself, the inflammation will go away when it's not needed, as will the Pain Teacher 😉

My Story

I am a passionate, life long learner with a BSc in Human Kinetics from St FX University. I am a level 2 CHEK Practitioner and Holisitic Lifestyle Coach through the world renown and industry leading CHEK Institute. CHEK Practitioners are widely-recognized as the finest and most highly trained exercise therapists, strength & conditioning specialists and nutrition and lifestyle coaches in the world! With this training I take a truly holistic, 4 step approach to my exercise and lifestyle programs to help my clients overcome many conditions and improve strength, fitness and performance.

Other qualifications include TRX and Agatsu Kettlebell certifications, Can-Fit-Pro and CSEP PTS, level 1 Exercise is Medicine Canada Exercise Professional.
