A deeply restorative full-body treatment that calms the mind, nourishes the tissues, and your nervous, immune, and circulatory systems. Warm herbal oils, flowing strokes, gentle pressure, and rhythmic movements create a truly grounding experience.

Swedish Massage Therapy
A classic massage that focused on relaxation and easing muscle tension. Techniques include kneading, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and more — plus time for assessment and home care guidance.

60 min – $100
90 min – $145

Experience deep relaxation with our Yin Yoga and Essential Oils class. Begin with calming breath work, then ease into slow, meditative stretches focused on the hips, spine, neck, and shoulders. The therapeutic aromas of 3-4 essential oils will be offered to enhance your practice, promoting balance and inner peace. Perfect for stress relief and rejuvenation.
Please bring a yoga mat, water and warm sweater.
We do have mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets for everyone to share as available.
