There’s a really important difference. 👇🏽

stuck implies something is wrong with you (🙄), maxed out means your system has hit a ceiling. Your cup is full. and a full system cannot expand under more pressure.

We’re putting too much pressure on ourselves to get results - and it’s keeping us exactly where we are.

The path forward isn’t more — it’s different, far beyond the mind.

You’re saying you don’t want kids when you actually do.
You’re adjusting your dreams to fit someone else’s timeline.
You’re laughing off comments that actually hurt.
You’re staying quiet when you have something to say.
You’re convincing yourself you’re “low maintenance” when really, you’re just not asking for what you need.

Ooooofff…

👆🏽this is a nervous system strategy, it’s not ‘just who you are’

Your body learned that certain behaviors kept you safe—so it kept repeating them. Over time, those actions became automatic. Your nervous system filed them as survival. Your mind kept validating them as truth.

This isn’t about becoming less nice.

It’s about teaching our nervous systems that we can be safe and take up space. That our needs aren’t a threat. That saying no won’t make us unlovable.

We’re allowed to be kind to others and ourselves. That’s the work — and we’re so capable of it. 👑

Your brain got stuck. here’s the manual for getting out. save this one. 🛟

1️⃣ Loop 1: Tidal Thinking (Catastrophizing) Your brain predicts the worst-case scenario to feel prepared

2️⃣ The Echo Chamber (Confirmation Bias) Your mind looks for proof your fears are true and filters out anything that says otherwise.

3️⃣ Avoidance Avoiding what scares you brings a hit of relief — a chemical reward. The brain registers that relief as safety and strengthens the avoidance habit.

Moving your body: walk, jump, stretch
Anchor your body: hand on heart, notice what’s happening.
