It's messages like these thar make me absolutely love what I do.
I wish I could produce 40 hours worth of massages / week! But I've been learning that you have to care for yourself before you care for others ! & I will only show up to do this work, if I am at my best. 🙌

I had a feeling this client had a very tight neck & i knew exactly where it needed to be relieved, because I had the same pain a couple hours prior to our appointment 😅 I had even set my table up differently, knowing we needed to start with the client on their back.
So glad we could finally give you some relief, and end the session with a small stretch & nice chat !

Hi everyone ! 😊

Just wanted to pop on to say I hope you all have a great day! I've been verbally telling my clients as I see them, but figured I'd also write a little memo on here !

As may is approaching, I've decided to take the month off, from doing massages. I'll be quite busy and unfortunately can't split myself into 3 😅
( Unless your one of my regulars & it's an emergency, then don't be shy to message & I'll see what I can do)

The table is heated & a hot towel is placed on your back to bundle you up before we even begin to really allow your muscles to warm up & help relax your body 😊

If you're feeling the winter blues & need a little pick me up with a nice relaxation massage, I got you

If you're suffering with pain, & looking for someone to dig deep into your muscles to really relieve some tension, I got you

We start off with a quick chat & paperwork,
Once you're on my heated table, we start by putting a nice hot towel on your back and cover you back up with sheets & blankets to really allow your muscles to warm up & to let you relax as I feel around to assess your body. We then do a bit of box breathing as that's all happening (I've been doing this method for years & only recently found out this weekend there's a name for it ! How cool ) & then we get started with your massage

Once we're done, I have a nice bag of lavender espsom salts for a bath to help for your recovery 🙏 & depending on what's going on, I may have some good stretches for you to incorporate to help 😀
