Ituna Patients,

I am fully booked for July and August. As a friendly reminder, we will be renovating the building starting July 28, 2025 and completing mid-August. Ashley, Christina and I have already communicated with our booked appointments, but if anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!

Starting September 2025, my hours of operation will be 9:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to accommodate my children’s schedules. Monday, Wednesday and Friday will remain massage days as Christina is there Tuesday and Thursday. I will be doing Pedicures on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am still not accepting any new patients for massage at this time. To all current clientele, please be advised I will be starting my maternity leave October 10, 2025.

K2 Crosstraining family,

I have had the pleasure massaging at K2 Crosstraining since 2017 and greatly appreciate all my clientele that have come to me over the years. To focus more on my family life, my Thursdays in Fort Qu’Appelle have come to an end. Any existing patients are more than welcome to come to my Ituna location after I am finished at K2 in August.

I want to especially thank the boss lady herself, Holly Cochrane. Holly has been a fantastic landlord, coach and friend. I will miss being around her infectious personality and energy each week, but I hope to stop in for classes in the future, or just pop in for a chat.

I appreciate the support I’ve received at K2 Crosstraining for my business and wish all those at K2 Crosstraining all the best.

I have officially been a Registered Massage Therapist for 10 years. I have spent the last 10 years building my business in Ituna. I am fully booked up to Christmas at both Ituna and Fort Qu’Appelle locations. I will be opening my January schedule for my monthly regulars this week, so if you don’t want to miss a January appointment, you can either text me or book when you come for your December appointment.

I do have a cancellation list if you are a regular and want to be added to that to possibly get in again before Christmas.

Hello!

I am back to work from my maternity leave. I am currently only able to take on my regular massage patients at this time. If you feel like you are one of those people and have not yet been contacted, please send me a text.

I am working in Ituna Monday, Wednesday and Friday for massage.

I am at K2 Crosstraining in Fort Qu’Appelle on Thursdays.

I am doing pedicures in Ituna on Tuesdays. My books are open for booking pedicures.

**Massage Price Increase**
Starting November 1st, my prices will be increasing to the following:

$85 for 1 hour
$75 for 45 minutes
$65 for 30 minutes
