Frankie’s Birth Work & Wellness services have a nook in and around the gorgeous plants, pottery and art. AND you can still find Frankie’s classes around town and her retreats all through the summer months

These circles are truly so unique. Each month we weave in a new theme, new movement practice (this week it’s Ecstatic Dance🤩) and a new opportunity to connect with new & old friends.

We keep these circles small, so please RSVP here or with Sroka to hold your spot.

~ join us for a rejuvenating morning practice. All levels welcome. This class will use lots of props, modifications + movement therapy. Drop in $12

Wednesday 7:30-8:30PM: Community Mediation
~your weekly dose of sound medicine + stillness. Dress cozy and enjoy the soothing quality of this practice. Everyone welcome. Drop in is $12

PLS arrive 10mins prior to class to register at a first come first serve basis, class sizes will be kept small + spaced out.
