🤓 Curated by Matthew Chung, he carefully selects each song that suits the 'theme' of the playlist, making sure that it soothes you into the abyss, as the consistent compressions, and deep slow glides along tense muscle fibres, ease your aches away.

🌜👶 This playlist was tested by our 9 month old - whose naps suddenly went from 45min to 1.5 hours. Baby approved!!

You’ve made it ONE MONTH into the new year—huge congratulations if you’re still on the 🚂workout train! 🙌 Keep it up, you’re doing great!
As new parents, we found that self-care can be tough to fit in, and we had to regress our exercises to remain pain free and injury free. If you’re easing back into your routine, start slow, perfect your form then gradually add 🏋️‍♂️ weight, reps, and sets as it feels easier.
✅ Here is a visual of what this might look like using the squat movement. As each area begins to feel easy, you can progress to the next section, breaking each section into a steady progression of weights, reps and sets (thats up to you). Keep listening to your body and stay consistent—you’ve got this! 💪✨

🎉HAPPY NEW YEAR!

📈 Every year, we set goals in different areas of our lives—relationships, health, business, and finance—essentially creating a roadmap to guide us toward the life we envision. Of course, this journey is never linear. Life throws us curveballs, and life hands us lemons🍋 (sometimes in the form of a pulled muscle, torn ligaments, stiff neck etc).

👩‍🍼 👨‍🍼👶For 2025, we’re adding a new category: Parenting. As we step into this season of our lives, with baby Caleb as our driving force, we feel a new sense of confidence in the choices we make. Above all, we want to be the best example for our son, guiding him with love and integrity.

🤩 🙏 As we move into the New Year, we hope you’re filled with motivation and excitement, too. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our little family. Your meaningful conversations and treasured advice mean the world to us.
