We want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas!

This past year, our business required a lot of adaptations - to modify and adjust to new circumstances and conditions. In a sense, the human body functions in that same capacity. A constant evolution to adapt to the conditions we are exposed to, to survive, to create resiliency, endurance and to be able to push your capacity to overcome. Keep evolving. 🤓 Curated by Matthew Chung, he carefully selects each song that suits the 'theme' of the playlist, making sure that it soothes you into the abyss, as the consistent compressions, and deep slow glides along tense muscle fibres, ease your aches away.

🌜👶 This playlist was tested by our 9 month old - whose naps suddenly went from 45min to 1.5 hours. Baby approved!!

You’ve made it ONE MONTH into the new year—huge congratulations if you’re still on the 🚂workout train! 🙌 Keep it up, you’re doing great!
As new parents, we found that self-care can be tough to fit in, and we had to regress our exercises to remain pain free and injury free. If you’re easing back into your routine, start slow, perfect your form then gradually add 🏋️‍♂️ weight, reps, and sets as it feels easier.
✅ Here is a visual of what this might look like using the squat movement. As each area begins to feel easy, you can progress to the next section, breaking each section into a steady progression of weights, reps and sets (thats up to you). Keep listening to your body and stay consistent—you’ve got this! 💪✨
